Privacy policy
This page describes current BINGO-2-GO data practices. It is a plain-language summary and is pending final legal review.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name or display name, email address, and phone number if you add one), your game card purchases and redemptions, loyalty point activity, event check-ins, referral activity, and your communication preferences and consent history. We also record limited technical information such as page and QR scan events used to measure event and sponsor performance.
How we use it
To sell and hand over game cards, award loyalty points, run monthly leaderboards and grand prizes, send transactional messages about your purchases and events, send marketing messages only where you have opted in, support your requests, and operate and improve BINGO-2-GO events.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Venue partners and sponsors receive aggregate performance reporting only — never BINGO-2-GO customer contact lists, email addresses or phone numbers. Service providers that process payments and deliver email or SMS receive only what is required to perform that service.
Your choices
You can update marketing consent at any time in your communication preferences, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to marketing SMS. You can download a copy of your data from your preferences page, and you can ask us to delete your account.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. BINGO-2-GO does not store full payment card numbers.
